Cancellations & Missed Appointments

In these busy times, appointments are often booked out several days or weeks in advance. In an effort to meet our patient’s health care needs we have implemented a Missed Appointment Policy:

An appointment is considered missed if you fail to show up for your appointment, show up for your appointment more than 20 minutes past your appointment time, or cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice. If two appointments are missed, we will require a $65.00 deposit to schedule future appointments. This also includes any appointments booked using our online portal.

A Surgery is considered missed if you fail to check in for surgery at the scheduled time, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If one Surgery is missed, we will require a deposit of $100 to reschedule.
